Jacob Smith grew up in Byron, MI - a small town where music had a way of finding people early. He picked up a guitar and never really put it down. Now based in Milford, Michigan, he plays entirely acoustic - no backing tracks, no band, just a guitar and a room full of people.
His live performances are built for the rooms he plays - breweries, taprooms, golf courses, restaurants - spaces where people gather and music is the backdrop that ties it all together. He reads a room instinctively, shifting between crowd favorites and deep cuts, originals and covers, keeping energy up without ever losing the thread.
Growing up surrounded by classic rock, country, and folk gave him a wide range to pull from - and he pulls from all of it. If you've got a space and a crowd, he's got a guitar and a setlist.
